I am a pre-conception, birth and postnatal doula. I am a mother to 2 beautiful children and it is also because of them that, I have become an advocate for women in childbirth. I love the sea and wind. I love to watch my children play and be happy. I am proud of myself for who I am and the woman I have become.

My bookcase if full of books that I would love to read one day. Books talking about pregnancy, birth and motherhood. I however realise that the most important knowledge lies deep within us and we all have access to it.

I started as a doula and later trained in Hypnobirthing. Now I am also passionate about pre and perinatal psychology, kabbalistic visualisations Dreambirth and EFT for women and children, I work with women who have sexual and birth trauma and teach a workshop for birth professionals. I have lived in London for 14 years and believe in respect and informed choice and options. We all deserve to have a happy and fulfilling birthing experiences.
